NEW PROJECT AWARD: POAH - Martin Farrell House

The Martin Farrell House project calls to upgrade all 59 of its residential units and the corridors on each floor and the common spaces and offices on the first floor. Some additional upgrades include the existing parking lot, concrete patio and minor masonry repiars to the building’s exterior.
